Culpepper Garden is known for its green setting in the heart of Arlington. The eight-story building was designed specifically with its older occupants, who have limited income, in mind. The apartments are simple, comfortable and well maintained. Our extensive public space, onsite resident programs and beautiful grounds encourage a thriving community. Individual apartments assure privacy, and the emergency call system in each apartment, which is connected to our 24/7 reception desk, underscores our commitment to safety. Independent-living residents can age in place knowing they have the option of moving to Assisted Living if and when they need more services.
