Arlington Retirement Housing Corporation (ARHC)
ARHC provides overall strategic direction and financial oversight, raises funds, manages volunteers and resident programs, and performs community outreach and advocacy for Culpepper Garden I, II and III. ARHC is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit.
Culpepper Garden consists of four independent nonprofit corporations, including ARHC, set up to comply with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. Each corporation is led by a board. All four boards have the same volunteer board members.
Staff & Board
The Boards for Culpepper Garden I, II and III and the Arlington Retirement Housing Corporation contain the same members, who are individuals with expertise in housing, finance, elder law and/or issues that affect the health and well-being of older people. They are committed to the mission, ensuring the continued success of Culpepper Garden and are active in the Arlington County community.
