Renovation Complete!
Culpepper Gardens held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the renovation that has been underway since April, 2018. The renovation included a facelift for the apartments, with new energy-efficient windows as well as floors and replacement fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms in 204 apartments.
